The brand was established in 2021 when founder & CEO Keiara A. Clemmons discovered a beautifully queen-shaped glass that had the potential to be something more than a plain nude wine glass.
Keiara's initial design was the classic Evening Gown with a detachable train. She didn't know how she would design the glass and with what materials, so she did a little research, and voila, she created her signature glass in the Wine Down Babe™ collection.
But.....yes, there's a but! Keiara felt that the classic design was very similar to other brands designing wine glasses, so she thought deeply about what she could do to stand out from competitors. Then one day, the idea hit, coming from a love she already had. That love is Black-owned businesses. The sole reason why she started KeiAmour Uncovered in 2020.
Savage X Fenty partnered with Megan Thee Stallion, and together they curated the Pearls of Love XTRA VIP box for all of us Hotties. Then she designed the Pearls of Love wine glass for all her queens.....
All her NEW designs are inspired by Black culture. The inspiration could come from a big or small platform, it doesn't matter. As long as Keiara can connect with it and visually see the design on her wine glasses...then it's a go!

Wine Down Babe™ is now available for bulk ordering. If you need custom glasses made for your event, you are in the right place. Keep reading for details.

Please select the glass you will need for your event & follow the instructions to book your consult with one of our staff members.

After you have booked your consultation, you will receive a confirmation email. You have the option to receive a text reminder.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, we ask that you do so 24hrs prior to your consultation. Also, virtual meeting options are available for your convenience.

SHOP POLICY
Welcome to our shop Kings & Queens. KeiAmour Uncovered is excited to offer you custom-designed products that further celebrate the culture. There are a few guidelines outlined below to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
The Wine Down Babe ™ Collection is custom designed, which means each piece may vary. Each glass will not be the exact same due to the design process. A Wine Down Babe ™ with Care card will be in every order, so you will be able to preserve the quality of your custom glass.
Processing Time for ALL Wine Glasses:
Please allow 15 BUSINESS DAYS to process (1-7 items), 20 BUSINESS DAYS to process (8-19 items), and 30-45 BUSINESS DAYS to process (20+ items). These processing times do not include weekends, holidays, or shipping time. If you are ordering 8+ glasses, you will need to schedule a consultation prior to purchase. You can book your consult here. Failure to book a consultation will result in the cancellation of your order.
Processing Time for ALL Prints:
Turnaround time for print orders is 7-10 BUSINESS DAYS, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation when your order has shipped. Each image is printed & packaged separately to prevent scratches and/or dents.
Additional Fees:
Design Change - $15 per item: After your order is placed, you are committing to the design detailed in the description. Any changes made from the original design will be subjected to a fee. This fee MUST be paid in full before the item/s can be made. After you email hello@keiamouruncovered.com to make a change, you will receive an invoice for the difference.
Shipping Policy
We ship Monday - Friday. Once your order is complete, it will ship the next business day (e.g. order completed Tuesday, will ship Wednesday).
Our shop uses USPS to ship all orders. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped. Insurance is provided with tracking up to $100. If your order exceeds $100, you may purchase additional insurance. PLEASE EMAIL hello@keiamouruncovered.com with your order number if you would like to insure your order over $100. If you don't contact the shop, and something accidentally happens to your package, Shop KeiAmour Uncovered is not responsible for the loss or damage of the purchase once it has been shipped.
If your order arrives damaged or gets lost during transit, you will need to file a claim with USPS to recoup the cost of your item/s. Since insurance is provided, the shop does not replace lost or damaged items. Please visit https://onlineclaims.usps.com/OICWeb/ to begin the refund process.
Local Pickup Policy
Pick-ups are during normal business hours (Monday - Friday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.). You will need to text 770-609-9184 to schedule your pick-up time. Once your time is scheduled, you must pick up the item within the timeframe that you set. In the event you can't pick up your order during your scheduled time, orders will only be held for 10 business days before a storage fee of $5 per day is assessed. The $5 (per day) fee must be paid before you can pick up your items.
